What is a Pibble?

A Pibble is a dog that has similar characteristics to an American Pit Bull Terrier. They are generally mixed breed dogs. Pit Bull is a generic term that is often used to describe dogs that have similar physical characteristics. Breeds often called Pit Bulls in the media include the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, American Bully, and American Bulldog. Many other "bully" breeds get called pit bulls as well.

Trooper is considered a Pibble because he is an unknown mix and appears to be a mix of American Pit Bull Terrier or American Staffordshire Terrier and another breed of dog such as a Boxer, American Bulldog, or Rhodesian Ridgeback. He is a Pibble because it is unknown what his exact breed is and he appears to be a mix of some sort.
